How to Get Started
If you are interested in starting individual therapy please contact me directly at 248-602-0322 to complete a personal phone screening.
At this time I am only offering Teletherapy sessions. Please take a moment to read about Telehealth and how it works. Then sign and date the consent forms below.
For all visits you will need to fill out the forms under New Patient Paperwork. You must have these completed before your first appointment.
